Verification Process

Everyone can get a Bayshore Trust Certificate by using our easy verification system and upload a few needed documents to verify your identity. The validation is only needed one time and allows you to create Trust seals for multiply domains you own.

 

For a private person we need the following documents

  • Scan of valid passport or driver license
  • Scan of one(1) utility bill such as phone bill, electric bill, water bill. Bills can be no more than 3 month old.
  • A onetime phone validation. You will receive a call from Bayshore validation staff to your mobile or home phone.

 

For Company we need the following documents

  • Scan of Company registration and shareholder
  • Scan of valid passport or driver license on one(1) owner of the company
  • A onetime phone validation to one(1) owner of the company. You will receive a call from Bayshore validation staff to your mobile, home or business phone.

 

All management is done from your management console to easy fill and upload required documents. After approval you will be able to create the Trust Certificates you need. One certificate for each domain you own is needed. Your management console also allows you to enable, disable, add new or delete old inactive seals.

To verify you administrate and own a domain name, we require that a small text file will be uploaded to your domain public_home folder. The process runs automatically every 24 hours where after the validation seal code are available to download in your Trust seal list.

 

Note that your personal details and uploaded documents are never revealed to 3rd part but kept safe encrypted on Bayshores local back office server. Privacy is a very high priority at Bayshore and data are held by very tight rules to keep data safety on highest.
